What Supaorder is, and who stands behind it

A white-label ordering platform for restaurants, built and operated by Devkart Technologies LLP. The facts, without the pitch.

Supaorder gives a restaurant its own ordering apps — on the App Store, on Google Play and on the web — under the restaurant's own name, for a flat monthly fee per location and no commission on orders.

The commercial argument is arithmetic. A third-party marketplace takes a percentage of every order, so the cost of the channel grows with the business it is attached to. A flat fee does not. Somewhere above a few hundred orders a month the two lines cross, and every order past that point is worth measurably more on your own app than on someone else's — you can run your own numbers through the calculator or read the break-even maths in full.

The platform is built and run by Devkart Technologies LLP , a software studio that has carried that name since 2019 and also builds SuperApp, a white-label multi-vertical marketplace platform. The same engineering team writes the code, runs the infrastructure and answers the support mail.

Boundaries

And what Supaorder is not

Three things it is regularly mistaken for. Knowing which one you need saves everybody a demo.

Not a marketplace

Supaorder does not own a consumer app, does not aggregate restaurants, and does not sell your customers to the restaurant next door. Orders come to your brand.

Not a payment processor

Money moves through your gateway account. We integrate with processors; we do not hold funds or take a cut of them.

Not self-serve

There is no credit-card signup form and no free trial. Setup involves a menu, a POS and a payment account, so it starts with a demo and a conversation.
