GloriaFood is closing on 31 March 2027 [1]
Oracle is retiring GloriaFood — no new signups, maintenance mode, and no migration tool. Every agency and restaurant on it needs a new home under their own brand.
One partner program, and it is the one where you own everything the restaurant sees — the apps, the invoice, the relationship, and the price you charge for it. We stay invisible and run the platform underneath.
A Canadian white-label partner already runs 100+ branded restaurant ordering apps on this platform.
Three facts that make direct, branded ordering an easy sell in 2026 — and a partner channel worth building.
Oracle is retiring GloriaFood — no new signups, maintenance mode, and no migration tool. Every agency and restaurant on it needs a new home under their own brand.
Commission plus fees on a marketplace order add up to roughly a third of the ticket. A flat-fee, zero-commission alternative is an easy conversation with any restaurant owner.
Branded iOS, Android and web apps, POS sync with Clover, Square and Toast, a POS register, kitchen display, self-order kiosk, loyalty tablet, driver app with auto-dispatch and 75+ reports — under your brand, at your price.
Own brand, own apps under their own developer accounts, own pricing, own billing, own customer relationships, own sub-resellers. Devkart is invisible to the end restaurant.
For: Agencies, POS dealers, ISOs and operators building their own restaurant-technology brand — the model our Canadian white-label partner already runs.
There is no wholesale rate card, because a percentage off a US list price is meaningless once you are selling in São Paulo or Manila. What we can publish is what a direct customer pays in each band — priced against what that market's own category leader charges, not converted from dollars. It is where your pricing conversation starts.
| Band | Per location / month | Markets |
|---|---|---|
| A · High income | $129 → $89 at volume | US · Canada · UK · Ireland · EU-15 · Switzerland · Norway · Australia · NZ · Singapore · Japan · Korea · Israel · GCC |
| B · Upper Europe & Southern Cone | $71 → $49 at volume | Poland · Czechia · Slovakia · Hungary · Romania · Bulgaria · Croatia · Slovenia · Portugal · Greece · Baltics · Chile · Uruguay |
| C · Large emerging | $45 → $31 at volume | India · Brazil · Mexico · Türkiye · South Africa · Malaysia · Thailand · Colombia · Argentina · Peru |
| D · Low ARPU | $32 → $22 at volume | Philippines · Indonesia · Vietnam · Bangladesh · Pakistan · Sri Lanka · Egypt · Morocco · Nigeria · Kenya · Ghana |
The partner proposes a retail price for their market. We discuss it against what that market's category leader charges — we bring the per-band evidence to the call. Once the retail price is agreed, our share of it is negotiated — as a percentage of that agreed price, so it moves with the market rather than against a USD list the partner never charges.
Commercial terms are agreed per partner and set out in your partner agreement.
You own the restaurant relationship end to end. We own the platform, the app builds and anything that reaches the code.

Target milestones from the day you sign — the same funnel we track internally for every partner.
Partner agreement and DPA in place; access to the partner kit and demo tenant.
Product walkthrough, sales collateral, deal-registration access, your own branded demo estate.
One sales and one ops person certified — you can demo, quote and onboard on your own.
A real restaurant taking real orders on your brand, in your app stores.
Ten live locations in a territory is also what earns exclusivity in it — 12-month exclusivity.

A published percentage off a USD list breaks the moment a partner prices for their own market: at 45% off a $129 list, a partner retailing at $35 in India would pay us twice what they charge. Banding the list fixes the arithmetic; negotiating the share fixes the rest, because no two partners' markets, cost bases or support loads are the same. So instead of a rate card you will not be able to use, we bring what your market's own category leader charges and we work from there — on the first call, in writing.
Yes. There is no referral tier and no reseller tier — a white-label partner owns their brand, their price, their invoice and their first two lines of support. That is a higher bar deliberately: if you cannot carry a support desk or your own brand, you are not a smaller partner, you are the wrong partner, and we would rather say so on the first call.
Territories are non-exclusive by default. ≥10 live locations in the territory (country ≤10M pop; else metro/region) → 12-month exclusivity. First partner in a country: 6-month provisional exclusivity if 5 locations are live within 90 days. Devkart retains the right to sell SuperApp HQ (marketplace operators) anywhere; exclusivity covers the Supaorder single-brand market only.
Register a prospect and it is protected for 90 days (extendable once by 30 days), approved within 2 business days. The earliest valid registration wins. It exists to settle overlap between two partners — we do not sell direct into a partner's territory, so it is not protection against us.
