Before You Book

What the 30 Minutes Covers

A live walkthrough on a working restaurant, not a slide deck. Here is the agenda, what is worth having open, and what happens when the call ends.

On the call

  • Your order types — which of delivery, pickup, QR dine-in and scheduled ordering you actually run, and how each one looks in a customer's hands.
  • Your payment methods — which processor you would connect, and how money settles into your own gateway account rather than through us.
  • Your POS — whether the two-way Clover, Square or Toast sync applies to you, and what flows in each direction if it does.
  • The in-store side — the POS register, kitchen display, self-order kiosk and loyalty tablet, and whether you would use any of them.
  • Your numbers — the per-location price against your real order volume, and what you are paying in commission today.

What to have ready

None of it is required — the call works without any of it. It is the difference between a tour and an answer.

  • A link to your current menu. A URL is enough; nothing needs formatting first.
  • Last month's marketplace statement, if you are on one. The effective rate — fees divided by gross sales — is the number the comparison turns on.
  • The name of your POS, if you run one.
  • How many locations you run and which countries they are in. Price is per location and published per market.

After the call

  • Nothing starts on its own. There is no self-serve signup and no free trial, so attending a demo creates no account and charges nothing.
  • If you want to go ahead, menu setup and migration are included and the standard $500 setup fee is currently waived for early customers.
  • A location can be taking live orders in as little as 48 hours once the menu and payment account are in place.
  • Every feature shown is documented publicly, so you can check any of it afterwards without us in the room.

If you would rather read before you talk, the whole platform is public: every feature, every published price, and the setup documentation are all open without a signup. You can also run your own volume through the savings calculator first, so the pricing part of the call starts from your numbers instead of ours. Migrating off GloriaFood before it closes on 31 March 2027 is a different conversation with a deadline in it — book here and say so, and we will run the call that way.
