The service ends
GloriaFood is in maintenance mode with no new signups, and the ordering service shuts down on 31 March 2027. Widgets, order apps and links stop working after that date.
Keep taking direct, zero-commission orders after the shutdown: branded apps in the stores, POS sync, loyalty and delivery dispatch — with our team doing the migration work.

Oracle has not announced an export-and-move path. Menus, customer lists and ordering links have to be rebuilt on whatever platform you choose — the earlier you start, the calmer it is.
Every reorder link, QR code and bookmark pointing at GloriaFood dies with it. Moving early gives your regulars time to install your own branded app before the deadline.
Moving before 31 March 2027 costs $79/month for a single location, locked for 12 months — zero commission, unlimited orders, loyalty and the full in-store suite. Full plans are $129 per location.

Oracle, which owns GloriaFood, states that full end of service is scheduled for 31 March 2027. You will see 30 April 2027 on a number of other sites; that date comes from an earlier in-product notice, and Oracle’s own current statement supersedes it. GloriaFood is already in maintenance mode and is no longer accepting new signups.

Moving before 31 March 2027 costs $79 per month for a single location, locked for 12 months, with zero commission and unlimited orders. It includes web and app-style ordering, loyalty, and the full in-store suite. Native iOS and Android apps are not included at that price — you can upgrade to a full plan at $129 per location any time. It is a migration price, not a discount, so it expires with the shutdown.
The white-label partner program is built for that: your brand on every app under your own developer accounts, your price for your market, your invoice, and 90-day deal protection on prospects you register before you sell. It lets you move a whole client book onto one platform on one paper trail rather than migrating each restaurant somewhere different.
Six questions to test any replacement against, and a comparison where every competitor figure is quoted from that vendor's own site, linked and dated.
Compare the alternativesSix things to capture, ordered by how irrecoverable each one is. The customer list is first for a reason — it is the only item on the list that cannot be rebuilt from anything.
