These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "User," or "you") and Devkart Technologies LLP ("Supaorder," "we," "us," or "our").
This Agreement Covers:
- Use of our white-label ordering platform and mobile applications
- Access to dashboard, analytics, and management tools
- Payment processing and transaction services
- Customer support and technical assistance
- Integration services and custom development
- Your rights, responsibilities, and obligations
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Service Description
Supaorder provides a comprehensive white-label digital ordering ecosystem designed specifically for restaurants and food service businesses. Our platform enables you to create and manage your own branded ordering experience.

- White-label web and mobile applications (iOS & Android)
- Real-time order management dashboard
- Secure payment processing with multiple gateways
- Customer analytics and reporting tools
- Multi-location support and management
- Menu management and pricing controls
- Customer loyalty and rewards programs

Additional Services

- Staff training and onboarding support

Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide advance notice when possible.
3. Account Registration & Management
To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information about your restaurant business.
Registration Requirements:
- Valid business registration and licensing information
- Accurate contact details including email and phone number
- Current business address and operational details
- Authorized representative information
- Payment method and billing information
- Compliance with local food service regulations
Account Security Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication
- Immediately report any unauthorized access or security breaches
- Regularly update account information and contact details
- Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription & Payment Terms
Subscription Details:
- Monthly subscription fee: $150 USD
- Zero commission on transactions
- Unlimited orders and customers
- All features included in base price
- 14-day free trial for new accounts
- No setup fees (limited time offer)
Payment Terms:
- Automatic monthly billing on subscription date
- Payment due immediately upon billing
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards, ACH
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- 30-day advance notice for price changes
- Refunds subject to our Refund Policy
Additional Fees (When Applicable):
- Custom Development: Quoted separately based on requirements
- Premium Integrations: Third-party service fees may apply
- Additional Training: Beyond standard onboarding
5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
As a Supaorder customer, you agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You Agree To:
- Provide accurate menu information, pricing, and availability
- Maintain food safety standards and proper licensing
- Process orders promptly and professionally
- Protect customer data and privacy
- Use the platform only for legitimate restaurant operations
- Comply with local laws, regulations, and tax requirements
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Provide timely customer service and order fulfillment
Prohibited Activities:
- Fraudulent or deceptive business practices
- Violation of food safety or health regulations
- Unauthorized access to other accounts or data
- Reverse engineering or copying our software
- Spamming or unsolicited marketing communications
- Activities that could harm our reputation or services
- Circumventing security measures or access controls
- Using the platform for illegal or harmful purposes
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Supaorder Owns:
- Platform software and source code
- Supaorder trademarks and branding
- System architecture and algorithms
- Documentation and training materials
- Analytics and reporting tools
- API and integration technologies
You Retain Rights To:
- Your restaurant name and branding
- Menu content and descriptions
- Customer data and relationships
- Marketing materials and content
- Business processes and operations
- Custom content you create
License Grant:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform during your subscription period. This license automatically terminates upon account cancellation or suspension.
You grant us a limited license to use your branding and content solely for the purpose of providing our services and creating your white-label applications.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your customers. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Data Security Measures:
- End-to-end encryption for sensitive data
- Regular security audits and penetration testing
- SOC 2 Type II compliance
- PCI DSS compliance for payment data
- GDPR and CCPA compliance
- Secure data centers with 24/7 monitoring
Your Data Rights:
- You own your customer data
- Data portability upon request
- Right to data deletion
- Access to data processing records
- Control over data sharing preferences
- Regular data backups and recovery
Important: You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers for data collection and processing. We provide tools to help you comply with privacy regulations, but ultimate compliance responsibility rests with you.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPAORDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Third-party actions or integrations
- Force majeure events beyond our control
Service Level Agreement:
- Uptime Commitment: 99.9% monthly uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- Support Response: 24 hours for standard issues, 4 hours for critical issues
9. Termination
You May Terminate:
- At any time through your dashboard
- No cancellation fees or penalties
- Access continues until billing period ends
- Data export available for 30 days
We May Terminate For:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Illegal or harmful activities
- Breach of security policies
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Gobichettipalayam, Tamil Nadu, or through competent courts in that jurisdiction.
Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct negotiation for a period of 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website at least 30 days before taking effect.
Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
