You take fewer than 75 orders a month
UpMenu Basic is genuinely inexpensive and setup is free. For a small single site testing whether online ordering is worth doing at all, starting there and outgrowing it is a rational plan.
UpMenu's plans are cheap because the plan is the ordering website. The branded app, the driver app, loyalty, delivery services and marketplace integrations are each a separate monthly add-on, and the two lower plans cap orders and charge $1.90 for each one past the cap. Supaorder puts all of it in one per-location price with no cap.
UpMenu is a Polish online ordering platform selling to restaurants across North America and Western Europe, running since 2008. It publishes its pricing more completely than almost anyone else in this category — plans, add-ons and per-message rates are all on one page, in five currencies.
How this page is written
Every UpMenu cell below states only what UpMenu publishes on its own website — no review-site figures, no analyst numbers. Where they publish nothing, the cell says not published rather than claiming the feature is missing. The pages we read and the date we read them are at the bottom, so you can check any row yourself in one click.

Scorecard: 7 to Supaorder, 4 to UpMenu, 3 level — by our own reading of the 14 criteria above. Read the rows, not the tally.
We would rather you buy the right thing than buy ours. These are the cases where that is not us.
UpMenu Basic is genuinely inexpensive and setup is free. For a small single site testing whether online ordering is worth doing at all, starting there and outgrowing it is a rational plan.
Zonal, POS Bistro, Foodsoft, Wolt Drive, Glovo, DeliGoo and Stuart are on their integration list and not on ours. In Poland, the Nordics or the DACH region that can decide it outright.
If you do not want loyalty, do not want a driver app and do not want marketplace integrations, UpMenu lets you not buy them. Our single price includes things you may never switch on.
$1.90 per order past the cap turns a good month into a surprise invoice. Supaorder is unlimited orders on every plan, so a viral week costs the same as a quiet one.
On UpMenu the app is $49/month per location and each driver is $14/month. On Supaorder both are included, along with the POS register, kitchen screen and kiosk.
UpMenu’s own POS is published as coming soon. Ours is shipping — multi-tender payments, tables and tabs, till sessions with X/Z reports.
Start from the plan, then add what you need: the branded mobile app at $49/month per location, loyalty at $19/month per location, delivery services at $40/month per location, marketplace integrations at $9/month per location, and $14/month for each driver. Emails are $0.02 each and SMS $0.08. All of those figures are published on their pricing page, which is more than most of this category manages — the arithmetic is just yours to do.
The two lower plans do — 75 orders on Basic and 210 on Standard, with $1.90 charged per order beyond the allowance. The Premium plan is unlimited. Supaorder is unlimited orders on every plan and in every market.
