Supaorder pricing in Belgium
Supaorder costs €110 EUR per location per month for 1–3 locations in Belgium. Unlimited orders and every app are included, with zero platform commission.

Planning your launch in Belgium
Bancontact and three languages
Plan a Belgian restaurant’s own ordering channel in euro — website, apps, pickup and delivery — with the in-store apps included. The EUR ladder is the euro-area price and the same in every region of the country.
Bancontact checkout
Stripe documents Bancontact as a redirect-based method where the customer authorises with their card or the Bancontact app. Confirm the implemented checkout offers it and test a completed payment, an abandoned redirect and a refund.
Dutch, French and German content
Choose the storefront languages your customers need and supply reviewed menu translations; a Brussels menu is not a Ghent menu. Test the full ordering journey in each language you enable.
VAT and receipts
Bring your VAT receipt requirements and allergen wording to the demo and review the configured receipt with your accountant. The subscription does not set your fiscal treatment.

VAT on restaurant and takeaway food in Belgium
The Federal Public Service Finance taxes restaurant and catering services at 12%, excluding drinks, which are 21%; food or drink that is delivered or taken away is taxed at the rate for the goods themselves, 6% or 21%. Changes to takeaway and restaurant soft-drink rates were proposed in 2026, so confirm the current position with your accountant before launch.
| What is sold | Rate |
|---|---|
| Food eaten in the restaurant | 12% |
| Drinks served in the restaurant | 21% |
| Takeaway and delivered food (taxed as goods) | 6% or 21% |
Eat-in and takeaway take different rates here. Bring a dine-in order and a takeaway order to the demo and confirm how both rates will be configured and printed on receipts before you launch.
Rates as published by the Federal Public Service Finance, checked . This is general information, not tax advice; your accountant confirms the treatment of your menu, and the Supaorder subscription does not set it.

A restaurant launch checklist for Belgium
Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Belgium pay, order and expect to be kept informed.
-
Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.
-
Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — Bancontact, Payconiq — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.
-
Enable the storefront languages customers need (Dutch, French and German by region) with reviewed translations.
-
Route order updates where customers read them (Email and SMS) and send a test message before launch.
-
Decide the delivery model — Uber Direct, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
-
Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Takeaway.com, Deliveroo and Uber Eats with your own channel’s zero commission.
