Supaorder pricing in France

Supaorder costs €110 EUR per location per month for 1–3 locations in France. Unlimited orders and every app are included, with zero platform commission.

The EUR ladder is one published price for the whole euro area, so it is the same in France as in every other euro-area country listed here; it is not converted at a live exchange rate. Request EUR invoicing and confirm it in your quote. Taxes are excluded.

Planning your launch in France

Cartes Bancaires, meal vouchers and delivery zones

Plan your restaurant’s own ordering channel in euro — website, apps, click-and-collect and delivery — with the in-store apps included in the location fee. The EUR ladder is the same for the whole euro area.

Cartes Bancaires and co-badged cards

Most French cards are co-badged CB with Visa or Mastercard. Stripe documents Cartes Bancaires support and the network-choice rules for co-badged cards; confirm the implemented checkout handles them and test a CB payment and refund.

Meal vouchers are separate

Titres-restaurant cards are not a card network the published integrations cover. If they matter to your lunch trade, list them as a requirement to scope rather than assuming they follow from card acceptance.

Zones, collection and receipts

Use real addresses and arrondissements in the demo, with your delivery charges and collection slots. Bring your VAT and receipt requirements and review the output with your expert-comptable.

VAT on restaurant and takeaway food in France

The tax administration applies 10% to food eaten on site and to takeaway or delivered prepared food meant for immediate consumption, and 5.5% to food and non-alcoholic drinks sold in packaging that allows them to be kept; alcoholic drinks are always 20%. A hot dish is 10% eaten in or taken away, but the same dish sold chilled in sealed packaging can fall to 5.5%.

TVA rates on food in France
What is sold Rate
Food and soft drinks eaten on the premises 10%
Takeaway and delivered food for immediate consumption 10%
Food and soft drinks in packaging that allows them to be kept 5.5%
Alcoholic drinks 20%

Packaging, not just eat-in versus takeaway, changes the rate here. Bring a dine-in order and a takeaway order to the demo and confirm how both rates will be configured and printed on receipts before you launch.

Rates as published by the French tax administration (BOFiP), checked . This is general information, not tax advice; your accountant confirms the treatment of your menu, and the Supaorder subscription does not set it.

Before you go live

A restaurant launch checklist for France

Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in France pay, order and expect to be kept informed.

  1. Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.

  2. Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — Titres-restaurant (Edenred, Swile, Up), Stuart — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.

  3. Enable the storefront languages customers need (French) with reviewed translations.

  4. Route order updates where customers read them (SMS and email) and send a test message before launch.

  5. Decide the delivery model — Uber Direct, Stuart, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.

  6. Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Uber Eats and Deliveroo with your own channel’s zero commission.
