Supaorder pricing in Spain
Supaorder costs €110 EUR per location per month for 1–3 locations in Spain. Unlimited orders and every app are included, with zero platform commission.
The EUR ladder is one published price for the whole euro area, so it is the same in Spain as in every other euro-area country listed here; it is not converted at a live exchange rate. Request EUR invoicing and confirm it in your quote. Taxes are excluded.

Planning your launch in Spain
Check each payment method for Spain, not for “Europe”
Plan your restaurant’s own ordering channel in euro, from a single bar de tapas to a group across several cities. Online ordering, loyalty and the in-store apps share a location fee; the EUR ladder is the euro-area price.
Per-country payment methods
Stripe’s payment-method support is listed per business country. Bizum is not in Supaorder’s published integration list, so treat it as a requirement to scope; confirm card and wallet checkout for a Spanish account and test a refund.
Delivery, pickup and late hours
Use real addresses and your delivery boundaries in the demo, with late-evening service hours and minimum order values. Test a pickup order and a delivery order with a tip.
IVA and tickets
Bring your IVA receipt requirements and allergen wording. Review the configured ticket with your gestor before launch; the subscription does not determine fiscal obligations.

On the receipt · IVA
VAT on restaurant and takeaway food in Spain
The Agencia Tributaria’s IVA manual puts restaurant services and the supply of food and drink for immediate consumption at the 10% reduced rate. Its wording does not settle every takeaway case — sealed bottles of alcohol sold to take away are the usual one — so agree those lines with your gestor before launch.
| What is sold | Rate |
|---|---|
| Restaurant and bar service — food and drink for immediate consumption | 10% |
| General rate (applies where the reduced rate does not) | 21% |
Rates as published by the Agencia Tributaria, checked . This is general information, not tax advice; your accountant confirms the treatment of your menu, and the Supaorder subscription does not set it.
