Supaorder pricing in Ireland

Supaorder costs €110 EUR per location per month for 1–3 locations in Ireland. Unlimited orders and every app are included, with zero platform commission.

The EUR ladder is one published price for the whole euro area, so it is the same in Ireland as in every other euro-area country listed here; it is not converted at a live exchange rate. Request EUR invoicing and confirm it in your quote. Taxes are excluded.

Planning your launch in Ireland

One EUR ladder, checked against Irish payment habits

Price your restaurant’s own ordering channel in euro, with the same location ladder as the rest of the euro area. Online ordering, loyalty and the in-store apps share one location fee, so a café adding a kiosk does not start a second plan.

Cards, wallets and Revolut

Card and wallet checkout is the baseline. Stripe documents Revolut Pay as a payment method for businesses in Ireland; confirm the implemented checkout offers it before promising it on your menu, and test a refund back to that method.

Collection, delivery and Eircodes

Run collection slots and delivery boundaries with real Eircodes during the demo. Check minimum order values and delivery charges against how your kitchen actually runs on a busy evening.

VAT and receipt review

Bring your VAT receipt requirements and allergen wording to the demo. Review the configured receipt with your accountant; the subscription does not determine your tax treatment.

VAT on restaurant and takeaway food in Ireland

Revenue moved restaurant services and hot takeaway food from the 13.5% reduced rate to the 9% second reduced rate on 1 July 2026; cold takeaway food is zero-rated, and alcohol, soft drinks and bottled water stay at the standard 23% even within a restaurant service. A cold sandwich is 9% eaten in and 0% taken away, and a separately charged delivery service is standard-rated.

VAT rates on food in Ireland
What is sold Rate
Food eaten in the restaurant 9%
Hot takeaway food 9%
Cold takeaway food 0%
Alcohol, soft drinks and bottled water 23%

Eat-in and takeaway take different rates here. Bring a dine-in order and a takeaway order to the demo and confirm how both rates will be configured and printed on receipts before you launch.

Rates as published by the Revenue Commissioners, checked . This is general information, not tax advice; your accountant confirms the treatment of your menu, and the Supaorder subscription does not set it.

Before you go live

A restaurant launch checklist for Ireland

Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Ireland pay, order and expect to be kept informed.

  1. Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.

  2. Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — Revolut Pay — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.

  3. Enable the storefront languages customers need (English) with reviewed translations.

  4. Route order updates where customers read them (SMS and email) and send a test message before launch.

  5. Decide the delivery model — Uber Direct, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.

  6. Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats with your own channel’s zero commission.
