Supaorder pricing in the Netherlands

Supaorder costs €110 EUR per location per month for 1–3 locations in the Netherlands. Unlimited orders and every app are included, with zero platform commission.

The EUR ladder is one published price for the whole euro area, so it is the same in the Netherlands as in every other euro-area country listed here; it is not converted at a live exchange rate. Request EUR invoicing and confirm it in your quote. Taxes are excluded.

Planning your launch in the Netherlands

iDEAL is the Dutch default — confirm it before launch

Budget a Dutch restaurant’s own ordering website and apps in euro, with pickup, delivery and the in-store suite on one location fee. The EUR ladder is the euro-area price, not a conversion.

iDEAL checkout

iDEAL is not a listed platform integration. Stripe documents it as a redirect-based bank payment confirmed in the customer’s banking app; scope it separately, and if it is enabled test a completed payment, an abandoned redirect and a refund.

Postcode delivery zones

Dutch postcodes are precise: use real ones with house numbers in the demo, alongside your delivery charges and minimum order values. Test a delivery order and a pickup order.

BTW and receipts

Bring your BTW receipt requirements and allergen wording. Review the configured receipt with your accountant; the subscription does not set your tax treatment.

Payment availability reference: Stripe iDEAL. Regional guidance reviewed . Confirm current provider eligibility during onboarding.

VAT on restaurant and takeaway food in the Netherlands

The Belastingdienst puts horeca food and soft drinks at 9% and says the same rate applies to takeaway meals, so eat-in, pickup and delivery share one food rate. Alcoholic drinks are 21%, so a bill with a beer on it carries two rates.

Best-fit integrations for a restaurant in the Netherlands

The payment methods, couriers, messaging and POS that fit how customers in the Netherlands actually order. Live means it is on the published integrations list today. Before you go live

A restaurant launch checklist for the Netherlands

Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in the Netherlands pay, order and expect to be kept informed.

  1. Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.

  2. Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — iDEAL — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.

  3. Enable the storefront languages customers need (Dutch and English) with reviewed translations.

  4. Route order updates where customers read them (Email and WhatsApp) and send a test message before launch.

  5. Decide the delivery model — Uber Direct, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.

  6. Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Thuisbezorgd and Uber Eats with your own channel’s zero commission.
