Supaorder pricing in Finland

Supaorder costs €110 EUR per location per month for 1–3 locations in Finland. Unlimited orders and every app are included, with zero platform commission.

Planning your launch in Finland

Paytrail is listed — confirm its scope and refunds

Plan a Finnish restaurant’s own ordering channel in euro, with pickup, delivery and the in-store apps on one location fee. Finland uses the euro-area EUR ladder, and Paytrail is on the published integration list.

Paytrail bank and mobile methods

Paytrail is on the published integration list for Finland and the Nordics. Confirm the methods your implemented checkout offers through it — Finnish bank buttons, MobilePay, cards — and note that Paytrail refunds are processed manually.

Delivery, pickup and seasonal hours

Use real addresses and postcodes with your delivery boundaries in the demo, including minimum order values and seasonal hours. Test a pickup order and a delivery order.

VAT and receipts

Bring your VAT receipt requirements and allergen wording. Review the configured receipt with your accountant; the subscription does not set your tax treatment.

On the receipt · ALV (arvonlisävero)

VAT on restaurant and takeaway food in Finland

Finland lowered its reduced rate from 14% to 13.5% on 1 January 2026, so menus and receipts configured before then may still carry 14%. Food takes one rate whether it is eaten in, collected or delivered; alcohol needs its own tax rate on the menu.

ALV (arvonlisävero) rates on food in Finland
What is sold Rate
Restaurant meals eaten in 13.5%
Meals supplied to the customer’s chosen premises, and takeaway food 13.5%
Alcoholic drinks, including served drinks 25.5%

Rates as published by Vero, the Finnish Tax Administration, checked . This is general information, not tax advice; your accountant confirms the treatment of your menu, and the Supaorder subscription does not set it.

Before you go live

A restaurant launch checklist for Finland

Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Finland pay, order and expect to be kept informed.

  1. Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Paytrail, Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.

  2. Confirm at the demo that no on-request integration is missing for your customers.

  3. Enable the storefront languages customers need (Finnish and Swedish) with reviewed translations.

  4. Route order updates where customers read them (Email and SMS) and send a test message before launch.

  5. Decide the delivery model — Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.

  6. Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Wolt and foodora with your own channel’s zero commission.
